Can Science Fiction Save Us?

We are hosting an event at the Edinburgh Science Festival this year – see

We’re publishing a companion special issue on the theme of Science Fiction and Sustainability to go along with the event. We’re going to republish some stories from past issues of Shoreline of Infinity on the topic, we’re keen to include stories or poems from other writers.

At this late stage we’re looking for previously published stories. We’ll pay at our standard rates. We’re looking for a max of 5,000 words per story.

Please submit using the form at the bottom of the submissions page.

The deadline is tight: you have until 28th February 2018 to get your story to us, and the sooner the better – there is limited space in this one.
