Good News Everyone! Star judges for our flash fiction competition

We are delighted to announce that Eric Brown and Pippa Goldschmidt have accepted our invitation to judge the winning entries for our Flash Fiction Competition.

Eric Brown has a long list of science fiction books to his name. He won the British Science Fiction Award twice for his short stories, and his novel Helix Wars was shortlisted for the 2012 Philip K. Dick award.

His latest releases are Murder Take Three and Binary System. He writes a regular science fiction review column for the Guardian newspaper and lives in Cockburnspath, Scotland. His website can be found at:

In 2016, she was a winner of the MRC Suffrage Science award and her poem ‘Physics for unwary students’ was chosen to be one of the Scottish Poetry Library’s Best Scottish Poems.
